I grew up reading comics. My dad read comics. I learned to read on comics, and learned not to read over other people’s shoulders on comics. So I have a special place on my shelf for them. But I’m a busy girl, and I don’t want to have to wait 4-6 months to read a story arc.

Enter the Graphic Novel.

Complied editions of a story arc, bound and printed for my enjoyment. Yeah, I read them. I love the art. Even familiar stories gain a new perspective when inked out. Besides, where else would I put them? Everyone has an opinion, but for the sake of sanity, I share here.
